Ingredients
1 Large cup fresh spinach
1 Large cup diced frozen pears
½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
1 teaspoon raw honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 drop of Ginger oil
Instructions
- Cut fresh pears and freeze for one hour.
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
